Good match. Gulak tried to ground Metalik, but a lot of this match featured Metalik flying around the ring. Metalik even broke out some new variations on his dives and rope-walking. I liked it.

Earlier today, Vic Joseph sat down with Cedric Alexander. Cedric says that the pressure of being champ isn’t getting to him. He feels no pressure heading into his title defense against Buddy Murphy last week. He also reminds Vic that he had to cut weight like Buddy just to make it into the cruiserweight division, so he isn’t as different from his challenger as people are claiming.
Backstage
Dasha Fuentes asks Tozawa how he feels about the next match. Tozawa says Itami doesn’t respect him. If Itami didn’t like Tozawa as a partner, he really won’t like him as an opponent.

Very good match. I think this was a very satisfying payoff to this feud.
