Intro Video
“Dusted” by Astroid Boys

Ring Area
Toni Storm heads to the ring. Storm says she didn’t think it could get much better than winning the Mae Young Classic, but then she beat Rhea Ripley for the NXT UK Women’s Title. She knows Ripley wants a rematch, and she’s fine with that, but she’s not fine with how Ripley treats people. Storm says Ripley is a bully, and she’ll happily kick Ripley’s ass again. Rhea Ripley comes out to the stage.

Ripley slowly walks to the ring as she tells Storm that she got lucky at Takeover: Blackpool. Ripley is sick and tired of everyone comparing Ripley to Storm when they should be comparing Storm to Ripley. Ripley hates Storm and her stupid face. She mostly hates that Storm has her title, but Ripley does have her rematch coming up.

Storm thinks they’ve talked enough, and she attacks Ripley. After a brief brawl, Ripley backs out of the ring. Ripley backs away up the ramp saying that she has her rematch. Storm holds her title in the air.

Match 1
Noam Dar vs Jordan Devlin
(referee: Drake Wuertz)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Noam Dar wins via pinfall with a schoolboy
Time: 10:18

Match Thoughts
Very good match. Dar and Devlin were pretty even against each other, but as the match went on, Devlin started to get the upper hand. Devlin took advantage of Dar kicking the ring steps, but Travis Banks came out to make sure Devlin didn’t do to Dar what Devlin did to him. Banks’s presence affected the finish of the match, and that allowed the finish to add a little more fire to the feud between Banks and Devlin while giving Dar a fine match.

Ring Area
After the match, Devlin begins to attack Dar. Banks pulls Devlin out of the ring, and Devlin and Banks brawl as the show goes to a commercial break.

Match 2
Jinny vs Mia Yim
(referee: DA Brewer)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Jinny wins via pinfall with a kick to the head (and her feet on the ropes)
Time: 7:56

Match Thoughts
Good match. This was an aggressive battle from both women. Yim had the size and power advantage, but Jinny’s advantage was that she would take shortcuts to attempt to secure the victory. In the end, the match could have gone either way, but cunning won out over power in this fight.

Match 3
Wolfgang vs Pete Dunne (UK Champ)
(referee: Tom Castor)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Pete Dunne wins via submission with a cross arm-breaker
Time: 7:42

Match Thoughts
Good match. Dunne had a little trouble with Wolfgang’s size, but interestingly, it was Wolfgang going against expectations for someone of his size that led directly to the finish. Dunne was smart and used joint manipulation and submissions when he could.

Show Impressions
This show was taped during Royal Rumble Axxess, and even though it felt like an episode that stood alone in terms of longer story lines, the matches were all very entertaining. I liked it.

Match of the Night
Pete Dunne vs Wolfgang
I think all three matches were very good for their own reasons, but the main event was probably the most solid match overall.
