Not many things might have been settled here, but this was a good show with some good, or at least interesting, matches.
Despite some of the obvious character-building, the main event made this show. Balor versus Crews was a very good match. Not a classic, but it was a departure from the regular WWE/NXT formula.
This was a week to build up the number one contenders. The matches weren’t surprising, but they were pretty good nonetheless.
The first Full Sail NXT of 2016 set up some possible new directions for its singles title holders, but the show itself got NXT off to a slow start for the year.
It’s a fresh start for NXT as Sami Zayn returns, Elias Samson debuts, and new directions are taken in the aftermatch of Takeover!
After weeks of buildup, Takeover: London was a satisfying payoff and a very good show.
Highlighted by a main event that saw Tomasso Ciampa try to defeat Samoa Joe in a hard-hitting matchup, this edition of NXT from December 2, 2015 was good, but seemed to fall into the recurring trap of too many matches and not enough time.
The tag titles and the Women’s title are on the line in a night that saw lots of drama and buildup, but not much wrestling.
With an unusual amount of squash matches, this show could have been better, but a title match main event helped to elevate the entertainment.
