Seth Rollins teams with Dean Ambrose to take on The Miztourage and Sasha Banks battles Bayley to determine a number one contender in a pretty good episode of RAW.
Tonight’s episode felt like the path before the road to Summer Slam and not a lot seemed to happen, but there was at least one big moment when Kurt Angle finally revealed the secret he’s been dealing with for the past few weeks.
While a little light on wrestling, this show featured some interesting story developments as well as a great main event between Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt.
Braun Strowman finds competition within Titus Worldwide, Cesaro challenges Finn Balor in a great bout, Heath Slater works his way into the IC Title picture, and more on a really good episode of RAW!
A new number one contender for the RAW Women’s Title is decided in a gauntlet match on an episode of RAW that also featured a great segment where Enzo Amore tried to reason with Big Cass after their apparent breakup last week.
Kurt Angle gets to the bottom of who has been attacking Enzo and Cass, Reigns makes some dubious claims before battling Samoa Joe, The Miz finally gets some people to join his entourage, and more on a pretty alright episode of RAW.
Wrestling seemed to take a back seat this week despite a main event featuring a two out of three falls tag title match.
Tonight’s show was light on wrestling with the exceptions of a nice opener and closer, but there were a few good moments including a memorable segment featuring Paul Heyman confronting Samoa Joe.
A good main event couldn’t help this year’s Extreme Rules from being only an average show. Some of the matches were not good at all and some were forgettable, but at least the show ended on a good note.
This was an okay show with a few good matches, but a handful of not so great matches and segments.
It was quantity mostly over quality on this episode of RAW packed with ten matches. There were some highlights of the night though, including Matt Hardy versus Sheamus and a tag main event with four of the five competitors in the upcoming number one contender match.
The loss of Braun Strowman to injury has shaken things up for the better. This episode of RAW proves that with some interesting matchups and a fair amount of time being spent on smaller story lines.
This show was good, but the main event made it great. Finn Balor, The Miz, and Seth Rollins faced off in a triple threat that stole the show and outclassed everything at Payback the night before.
This pretty good episode of RAW was about 50/50 for good and underwhelming segments.
An okay show highlighted by a memorable (if somewhat recycled) moment.
The Superstar Shakeup has a lot of new faces appearing on RAW, and though that made for a mildly interesting show, the real quantity of actual shaking will probably not be seen for a while.
This edition of NXT was taped before Takeover: Orlando, and it very much felt like a pre-show. The matches were short, and the show was packed with clips and interviews from the big event. Not the best episode of NXT, but there’s still a little fun to be had here.
A forgettable show with one exception: Neville vs Finn Balor.
This week’s episode of NXT wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. A pretty average show with announcements of exciting matches in the next few weeks.
Bayley put her title on the line against her friend Carmella in a match that had some surprising and satisfying elements.
