The Undisputed Era challenges the Street Profits for the NXT Tag Titles, Keith Lee and Dominik DIjakovic pick their feud back up, Candice LeRae takes a stand against Io Shirai, and a new challenger arrrives for Shayna Baszler in a very good episode of NXT.
Adam Cole puts his title on the line against Johnny Gargano in a 2 out of 3 falls match with three different stipuations in another fun NXT TakeOver.
The Street Profits put their tag title on the line against Burch and Lorcan in a great main event on an entertaining NXT that also featured another fun Breakout Tournament match (Myles vs BOA) and a look at the new Io Shirai!
The 25th NXT Takeover provided a night of great matches and memorable moments. This was possibly the most consistently great Takeover out of all of them.
The War/Viking Raiders attempt to deal with their NXT Titles as their time in NXT nears its end and Drew Gulak scouts a possible future opponent on an okay episode of NXT.
Undisputed Era puts their tag titles on the line against Heavy Machinery and a new contender for the NXT Women’s Title is decided on a very entertaining episode of NXT.
A double main event features Undisputed Era putting their tag titles on the line against War Raiders, and Nikki Cross battling Bianca Belair in an energetic rematch on a good episode of NXT.
NXT Takeover once again provides a great show with five great matches!
NXT kicks off the “road to immortality” with a great show and a fantastic main event.
The Undisputed Era is scheduled to defend their tag titles against SAnitY, but Cole, O’Reilly, and Fish have different plans on an entertaining episode of NXT.
Bobby Fish makes his NXT debut, and Heavy Machinery challenges The Authors of Pain in a pretty good episode of NXT.
NXT bounces back from an average Takeover in April to put on a great show in Chicago!
Though this felt more like a continuation of stroylines rather than a culmination, this year’s Wrestlemania-weekend Takeover had some very good matches and really fantastic moments. It wasn’t all spectacular, but it was very entertaining.
NXT gives Summer Slam a run for its money with another great Takeover with some fantastic title matches.
A great show from start to finish.
