Round seven of NJPW’s G1 Climax 29 comes to an end with a good night of B Block action with a fantastic main event between Tetsuya Naito and Shingo Takagi!
The seventh round of A Block action in NJPW’s G1 Climax 29 provided one of the best nights of wrestling in the entire tournament!
The crowd at the top of B Block finally begins to clear up as the Best of of the Super Jr. 26 tournament nears the end of its round robin portion.
Three title were put on the line (only one being a Stardom title) during an entertaining show in Osaka.
This smaller Stardom show in Osaka featured two first round matches for the ROH Women of Honor Title Tournament as well as some pretty good tag matches.
Queen’s Quest and Oedo Tai battle in a pair of good singles matches on their way to Korakuen Hall later this month.
This was an okay Stardom show. While it didn’t feel particularly important, it featured two good tag matches: Oedo Tai vs Queen’s Quest and Team Jungle vs B.I. Ho.
There were a lot of big expectations going in to many of the matches at Dominion, and I think they were met and in some cases exceeded. This was a great show top to bottom.
Block A of the tournament ends with four very good matches full of emotion and action.
The vacant Artist of Stardom titles are put on the line in a match pitting a new lineup for the former champs Oedo Tai versus Queen’s Quest!
