Batista crashes Ric Flair’s birthday celebration on an episode of RAW that also featured Lio Rush challenging Finn Balor for the IC Title, Becky Lynch again breaking her suspension, Aleister Black and Ricochet teaming up against the RAW Tag Champs, and the return of Roman Reigns.
Braun Strowman’s antics cost him, but four men are eager to take advantage of Strowman’s mistake. Also, The IC Title is up for grabs in a triple threat, the women’s tag title belts are revealed, Rousey and Banks try to work together, the Riott Squad picks a fight with a surprise opponent, and more on a mostly good episode of RAW.
Bobby Lashley and Seth Rollins brawl, but Seth Rollins still wants Dean Ambrose. John Cena returns to RAW, but Drew McIntyre has been waiting for him. Alexa Bliss has a talk show, but it’s hijacked by Rousey, Banks, and Jax. The Revival want lumberjack justice, but they can’t seem to catch a break. Strowman wants a face to face with Lesnar, but Lesnar has other plans. Plus more!

RAW was a tough watch this week, saved pretty much only by Seth Rollins’ most recent Intercontinental Title open challenge.
Baron Corbin abuses his power by putting himself in a Universal Title match on an episode of RAW that mostly felt like more of the same on the road to Super Show-Down.

This was an okay episode of RAW with a mixture of good and mediocre segments, highlighted by an entertaining performance from Ruby Riott in a gauntlet match to determine the final woman to enter the Money in the Bank match.
Money in the Bank continues to shape up with three more qualifying matches, and Seth Rollins once again attempts to steal the show with another IC Title match on this pretty good episode of RAW.
Superstars from RAW begin to make their way to Money in the Bank in some qualifying matches including some nice triple threats for the men and the women.
Despite Backlash being an underwhelming show, there were some matches and moments that make it a show worth watching (or at least skipping through).
