Match 1
Mark Andrews vs Ligero
(referee: Sean McLaughlin)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Ligero wins via pinfall after C4L
Time: 9:04

Match Thoughts
Great match. This was as fun as you would expect from these two guys. Both guys were super fast, and they had many fabulous sequences of quick moves and quick counters. Towards the end of the match, there were more than a few moves that landed really hard, and even though it never got dirty or personal, it really felt like both guys badly wanted to win.

Backstage
Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch find out that they have an NXT UK title shot.

Backstage
Radzi asks Pete Dunne if he saw Walter’s in-ring debut. Dunne saw it. Dunne doesn’t fear Walter.

Match 2
Candy Floss vs Xia Brookside
(referee: Joel Allen)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Xia Brookside wins via pinfall after the Brooksy Bomb
Time: 4:31

Match Thoughts
Very good match. The past couple of matches Brookside has had have been very interesting for me. She includes a lot of sequences with strings of holds and counters that are really fun to watch. In this match, Floss put Brookside in a full nelson pretty early in the match. Brookside escaped, but Floss went back to the full nelson immediately. That started a sequence of attempted escapes which led to a sequence where Brookside had Floss in a wrist lock that she refused to release despite Floss’s multiple attempts. I love that kind of technical wrestling. It’s simple, but it’s interesting and fun to watch. It’s also rather unique in WWE.

Ring Area
After the match, Xia Brookside holds out her hand to Candy Floss in a sign of sportsmanship. As they share a moment, Rhea Ripley enters the ring and attacks both Floss and Brookside. Floss is tossed from the ring, and Ripley puts Brookside in her standing cloverleaf submission.

Toni Storm runs to the ring to stop Ripley. Storm is getting the better of Ripley until Ripley uses Brookside as a shield for a headbutt from Storm. Ripley then hits Storm with a boot followed by Riptide. Ripley stands over Storm as the segment ends.

Backstage
Jordan Devlin plans to make an example of Noam Dar in Phoenix.

Match 3
Wild Boar Mike Hitchman vs Joseph Conners
(referee: Eddie Orengo)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Joseph Conners wins via pinfall after Don’t Look Down
Time: 5:28

Match Thoughts
Pretty good match. Hitchman put up a good fight and had some nice offense, but this was clearly an exhibition for Conners. I’m not super into his “shiny new toys” gimmick, but he can have some good matches. This one was fine.

Backstage
Joe Coffey tells Mark Coffey and Wolfgang that NXT UK is still Gallus’s kingdom.

Video
NXT UK belongs to Jinny.

Backstage
Jinny gives Radzi some fashion advice by telling him he needs better clothes to distract from his hideous face. She also congratulates Toni Storm on being one of the best in the world. Regardless, Jinny is tired of Toni always standing in her way. Soon, the real queen will be crowned.

Match 4
Ashton Smith vs Mark Coffey w/ Mark Coffey, Wolfgang
(referee: Drake Wuertz)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Joe Coffey wins via pinfall after All the Best for the Bells
Time: 6:17

Match Thoughts
Good match. This was a way to get Mark Coffey a win back after his big loss at Takeover. For that, it worked well. Joe was dominant, and though Smith got some offense late in the match, this was Joe’s match.

Match 5
Mark Coffey w/ Joe Coffey, Wolfgang vs Walter
(referee: Joel Allen)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Walter wins via pinfall after a powerbomb
Time: 6:30

Match Thoughts
Good match. This was very hard-hitting from both guys. Walter hit harder and more often though, and that was fun to watch.

Show Impressions
This was a good show. It had a lot of character building segments, and the matches were all good. A solid show.

Match of the Night
Mark Andrews vs Ligero
This is the one match I’d definitely watch again. This and the Brookside/Floss match.
