Match Thoughts
Squash. Shirai could have won with her moonsault, but she chose to submit Fields instead.

Match 2
Keith Lee vs Dominik Dijakovic
(referee: Drake Wuertz)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Dominik Dijakovic wins via pinfall after Feast Your Eyes
Time: 11:16

Match Thoughts
Great match! Lee and Dijakovic picked this feud up where they left off months ago, and they delivered another super fun match. Both men were hitting spectacularly agile moves that guys their size don’t often do. They were also hitting some huge power moves, but neither man would give up. This was a lot of fun to watch, and hopefully it will propel both men to being in some conversations for title matches.

Video
A look at Johnny Gargano and his drive to be the best.

Ring Area
As the commentators discuss Johnny Gargano and his future in NXT, Shane Thorne walks up and interrupts. Thorne wants to know why they aren’t talking about him, but the show has to go to a commercial break.

Video
From WWE.com, Mia Yim tells William Regal she needs another match with Shayna Baszler, but Regal tells her she already had her chance.

Ring Area
Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke, and Marina Shafir head to the ring. Shayna prepares to speak, but Rhea Ripley interrupts as she comes out and heads to the ring.

Ripley takes the mic from Baszler. Ripley knows that Baszler was going to say that she’s beaten everyone in NXT, but she hasn’t beaten Ripley. Baszler and her friends leave the ring without saying anything.

Video
A look at Pete Dunne.

Backstage
The Street Profits prepare for their title defense.

Match 3
NXT Tag Team Title Match
Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish vs The Street Profits (NXT Tag Champs)
(referee: Drake Wuertz)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Kyle O’Reilly pins Montez Ford after the High/Low
Time: 11:27

Match Thoughts
Great match. Fish and O’Reilly’s teamwork was fantastic right from the start, and they singled out Montez Ford for a long time in the first half of the match. Dawkins got the tag and the match started to break down, but Fish and O’Reilly were able to take some damage while still dealing a lot of their own. By the end of the match, it felt like the Street Profits were running out of gas. They didn’t look bad, the Undisputed Era just looked better tonight.

Show Impressions
This was a very good show. It had good matches, and nice, short story segments.

Match of the Night
Keith Lee vs Dominik Dijakovic
The tag title match was of course a great match, but I think Lee versus Dijakovic stood out to me more. I think it will be more memorable for me personally, so that’s why I picked it tonight.
