New Japan started the wrestling year with a highly entertaining show that all wrestling fans should see. I was lucky enough to be able to be there in person to experience it. Here are my thoughts.
The road to the Royal Rumble got off to a pretty good start in 2016 in a RAW that saw the return of an old favorite, the emergence of a new faction, and the announcement of a big match stipulation!
The first WWE show of 2016 has a couple fine matches that are worth the less than fifteen minutes it takes to watch them.

In the aftermath of TLC, some dumb, dumb decisions were made by some people in power. But there was also a bit of nostalgia for the city of Philadelphia and some furthering of rivalries. Clearly, TLC did nothing to settle anything.
This week was highlighted by a good match that saw Darren Young and Bo Dallas trade victory laps.
Three days before TLC, Smackdown delivered a middle of the road show that gave eight guys a whole bunch of screen time.
A pretty good show and a nice final stop before Takeover next week. All the right things were built up, and there was some pretty good wrestling on the show as well.
