There was some miscommunication here and there between Page and Omega, but their tandem moves and individual efforts proved to be a difficult combination for Private Party to overcome.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Backstage<\/em><\/span><br \/>\nThe show cuts to the back where referees are trying to pull Pac off of Michael Nakazawa while he has Nakazawa in the Brutalizer. Pac releases the hold and again tells Omega to give him his rubber match. Omega runs to the back, leaving Page alone in the ring. The first half was a lot of fun, but the second half involved a lot of interference from The Nightmare Collective. Mel and Awesome Kong came down to ringside and provided numerous distractions, and Brandi came down to add to the chaos. Dr. Luther also debuted as the newest member of The Nightmare Collective, though all he really did was get jumped on by Riho.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Ring Area<\/em><\/span><br \/>\nAfter the match, Mel and Awesome Kong attack Statlander and Riho. Hikaru Shida runs into the ring to help fight off the Nightmare Collective, but Britt Baker remains in her seat at ringside. Guevara and Daniels had a good fight going for a while, then Daniels started to pull ahead. Daniels looked more confident than he had in previous weeks, but a visit from Pentagon Jr. changed that. I think the finish was a little underwhelming, but it did well for the ongoing story with Daniels and Pentagon Jr.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Ring Area<\/em><\/span><br \/>\nDark Order (Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, Alex Reynolds, John Silver, and a few creepers) head down to the ring to confront Christopher Daniels. Evil Uno tells Daniels that he can make him the man Daniels once was. Uno offers Daniels a creeper mask, but Daniels throws it back at Uno. A brawl breaks out. Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky, and the Young Bucks quickly run down to help Daniels fight back against the Dark Order. There were some moments of hesitation in the middle of the match, but everything else was great. I wouldn&#8217;t have minded if the match was longer because the action was really ramping up by the end, but that&#8217;s not a negative. That&#8217;s just me saying how good this match already was with an extra ten minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Ring Area<\/em><\/span><br \/>\nTony Shiavone joins Cody in the ring and asks him how he&#8217;s going to respond to MJF&#8217;s stipulations. Arn Anderson speaks for Cody, saying Cody wants the match, but they&#8217;re going to have to discuss things before they commit to anything.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Backstage<\/em><\/span><br \/>\nAlex Marvez welcomes Lanny Poffo. Poffo is excited to be here, and he loves being with the fans. He&#8217;s a fan himself, and he&#8217;s happy to be a part of the show.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Ring Area<\/em><\/span><br \/>\nMJF heads to the ring with Wardlow. On the way, MJF insults Ricky Morton, Robert Gibson, Doug Gilbert, Jimmy Valiant, and Austin Idol who are in the front row.<\/p>\n<p>In the ring, MJF says Cody proved he&#8217;s a coward tonight. He gives Cody to the count of ten to come out and face him. It looks like MJF started before the commercial break was over, so he counts for a second time. Cody doesn&#8217;t come out, but Diamond Dallas Page does.<\/p>\n<p>DDP talks about people wondering if he&#8217;ll come back for one more match. MJF gets in DDP&#8217;s face, then he brings out The Butcher, The Blade, and The Bunny. MJF gives DDP two options: A) kiss MJF&#8217;s ring and leave B) MJF will send DDP to hospice and take one of his daughters.<\/p>\n<p>DDP attacks. THe Butcher and The Blade attack back, but DDP fights them off. MJF then kicks DDP in the groin. This was a lot of fun, as much fun as you might expect from these two teams. Both teams looked good and had lots of tandem moves. This match probably didn&#8217;t mean much in any ongoing stories, but it was just good fun.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Ring Area<\/em><\/span><br \/>\nChris Jericho heads to the ring with Sammy Guevara and Jake Hager. During the commercial break, Jericho narrates as Guevara shows some signs for the picture-in-picture segment. There is a lot of drama. Will Moxley accept Jericho&#8217;s offer? Also, would Salma Hayek like to slide into Guevara&#8217;s DMs?<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Jon Moxley heads to the ring through the crowd. Moxley says he&#8217;s had a lot think about this week. More has gone into his decision than anyone knows. Moxley says he doesn&#8217;t want anything Jericho has offered him. He didn&#8217;t come to AEW for money, he came to dominate. For that reason, Moxley&#8217;s answer is &#8220;yes.&#8221; Moxley reveals that he&#8217;s wearing an Inner Circle shirt. Moxley says he believes that Chris Jericho is the greatest of all time. Therefore, he will surround himself with the greatness of the Inner Circle. There&#8217;s just one thing left: a little bit of the bubbly.<\/p>\n<p>The Inner Circle celebrates. After a while, Moxley asks for the keys to the car Jericho offered him. Then the Inner Circle continues to celebrate. Hager and Guevara wander away from the ring. In the ring, Moxley says he forgot one final thing. He was kidding, and he thinks the Inner Circle is stupid. Moxley hits Jericho with the Paradigm Shift before leaving through the crowd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Show Impressions<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThis was a fun show.
