Match 1
Shawn Spears w/ Tully Blanchard vs Michael Nakazawa
(referee: Aubrey Edwards)
Result: Shawn Spears wins via pinfall after a slingshot powerslam
Time: 8:37
Match Thoughts
Good match. It took a little while for Spears to figure out how to deal with Nakazawa and bis baby oil, but once he did figure it out, Spears controlled the match. There was a bit of comedy towards the beginning and ending of the match, but there was some good wrestling in there as well.

Match 2
Big Swole & Mercedes Martinez vs Sadie Gibbs & Allie
(referee: Bryce Remsburg)
Result: Sadie Gibbs pins Big Swole after a moonsault
Time: 14:32
Match Thoughts
Good match. Big Swole and Mercedes Martinez seemed to work better as a cohesive team, but the power of Sabie Gibbs and and the tenacity of Allie kept them competitive in the match. The tag aspect of it broke down partway through and never really got back to any semblance of control, but it was still a fun bout. I think Gibbs might have stood out the most to me with her strength and agility, but everyone in the match had a moment or two to shine.

Match 3
Marko Stunt & Jungle Boy vs Jimmy Havoc & “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela
(referee: Paul Turner)
Result: Joey Janela pins Marko Stunt after an avalanche package piledriver
Time: 15:04
Match Thoughts
Very good match. Janela and Havoc made for an interesting team. You would expect them to be quite violent when working together, and though there was some violence in the match, there was a lot of straight wrestling coming from Havoc and Janela. Havoc and Janela worked pretty well as a team for the most part (except for when Janela took Havoc’s staple gun and stapled Havoc in the forehead), but Stunt and Jungle Boy were effortless with their teamwork. This was a fun mixture of styles and personalities. Also, the finish looked crazy brutal.
Backstage
Sometime after the match, Joey Janela is enjoying a cigarette by himself. Tully Blanchard walks up and distracts Janela as Shawn Spears attacks. Spears uses pliers to hold open Janela’s mouth as he presumably drops Janela’s lit cigarette into his mouth (we don’t see the cigarette go in because the camera is obscured).
Show Impressions
This was a pretty good show with some fun matches.
