SmackDown Tag Title Match
Kofi Kingston & Big E w/ Xavier Woods (SD Tag Champs) vs Rusev Day w/ Lana
(referee: Danilo Anfibio)
Result: Kofi Kingston pins Aiden English after Trouble in Paradise
Very good match. Rusev Day looked great (and so did New Day), but some miscommunication late in the match cost English and Rusev. I really hope this doesn’t lead to a second round of teasing a breakup for Rusev Day. Hopefully it just leads to them being even better next time they get title shot.
Booker T rejoins the panel and is impressed by what he just saw.
Mike Rome welcomes Mick Foley. Foley says it’s an emotional night for him, but the story tonight is Reigns versus Strowman. Baron Corbin walks up and asks Foley if he’s ready for tonight. Foley’s ready. Foley tries to give Corbin some advice about being GM, but Corbin is too busy to listen.
Looking back at the feud between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman.
The panel gives their final thoughts about tonight’s show.
