Match 2
Ligero vs James Drake
(referee: Marc Parry)
Result: Ligero wins via pinfall after a springboard tornado DDT
Time: 5:49
Match Thoughts
Good match. Ligero is fun to watch, and Drake is easy to dislike. I liked how these two men worked together. It wasn’t a terribly long match, but you could get a pretty good sense of what they can both do in the ring.
Backstage
Radzi welcomes Toni Storm. Storm faces Dakota Kai next week, and she has no question that she will win. Dakota Kai, who was apparently standing right behind Storm, says she respects Toni. Kai says she’s willing to kick anyone in the head to get what she wants though, and that includes Toni Storm. The two women agree to some friendly competition.
Video
A look at Ashton Smith.

Zack Gibson says he will soon become champ.
Ring Area
Ashton Smith begins to head to the ring for a match, but Wolfgang and the Coffey brothers attack him on the stage. They throw Smith to the backstage area before heading to the ring.
Joe Coffey doesn’t care that no one likes him. He likes to surround himself with people of the same mentality, such as Mark Coffey and Wolfgang. Joe sees NXT UK as a hierarchy, and if you’re not on top, you’ll be disposed of. NXT UK is Coffey’s kingdom.
Backstage
Radzi asks Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster why they are waiting outside Johnny Saint’s office. They want to ask Saint about settling business with the Coffey brothers and Wolfgang. Ashton Smith walks by, and he wants in on whatever they have planned.
Match 3
Sid Scala vs Eddie Dennis
(referee: )
Result: Eddie Dennis wins via pinfall after the neck stop driver (lifting inverted DDT)
Time: 3:28
Match Thoughts
Pretty good match. This was a showcase for Dennis, and he looked fine. He’s certainly taller than Scala, I’ll give him that. Other than the fact that he has a power-based attack, there’s not much more I can really say about him with just this match.
Backstage
Pete Dunne looks determined and/or angry.
Match 4
United Kingdom Title Match
Danny Burch vs Pete Dunne (UK Champ)
(referee: Joel Allen)
Result: Pete Dunne wins via submission by nearly breaking Burch’s fingers
Time: 16:19
Match Thoughts
Great match. Dunne didn’t seem to take Burch too seriously for parts of this match, and he paid for that. Burch brought a great fight to Dunne, and both men pushed each other to the limit. There were lots of strikes, some big throws, and a few very close near falls for both men.
Show Impressions
The show was built around the main event, and that’s fine. The undercard matches weren’t all great, but they were meant more as character builders rather than competitive matches.
Match of the Night
Dunne vs Burch
Yet another in Dunne’s long list of exciting title defenses.
