Match 1
Xia Brookside & Millie McKenzie vs Charlie Morgan & Killer Kelly
(referee: Eddie Orengo)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Xia Brookside pins Charlie Morgan with a jackknife cover after McKenzie spears Morgan
Time: 5:13

Match Thoughts
This was a fun match. I think the team of Brookside and McKenzie will be fun to watch. With all of her suplexes though, I hope McKenzie isn’t going to use the spear as a finisher in every match.

Match 2
Ashton Smith vs Eddie Dennis
(referee: Chris Sharpe)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Eddie Dennis wins via pinfall with the Neck Stop Driver
Time: 6:01

Match Thoughts
Pretty good match. I’m still not very impressed with Dennis, but I think he looked better here than he has previously on NXT UK. Smith brought a good fight to Dennis, and that forced Dennis to mug for the camera a lot less. Still, I wanted Smith to win.

Match 3
Saxon Huxley vs Joseph Conners
(referee: Joel Allen)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Joseph Conners wins via pinfall after Don’t Look Down
Time: 5:16

Match Thoughts
This was okay. It was more of a brawl than anything else. I liked the aggression, but I don’t see myslf watching this match again any time soon.

Video
A look at Toni Storm.

Video
A look at Rhea Ripley.

Match 4
WWE United Kingdom Title Match
Jordan Devlin vs Pete Dunne (UK Champ)
(referee: Chris Sharpe)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Pete Dunne wins via submission while trying to break Devlin’s fingers
Time: 15:09

Match Thoughts
Great match. Devlin keeps impressing me more and more in each match he competes in. He pushed Pete Dunne as far as Dunn has been pushed as champ. Even the finish leaves a lot of questions. It was far from a clear and clean finish, but it was done in a very good and interesting way.

Show Impressions
I think this is the first NXT UK without any promos, interviews, or backstage segments. I’m fine with that, it leaves more time for wrestling, it was just interesting to see. I liked the show, though the main event is definitely the main thing worth watching.

Match of the Night
WWE UK Title Match
Pete Dunne continues to dominate the UK division, though Devlin certainly made a strong case for himself to always be in title contention.
