Match 1
Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Round 1 Match
Bobby Roode & Tye Dillinger vs Sanity (Alexander Wolfe & Sawyer Fulton w/ Eric Young, Nikki Cross)
(referee: Eddie Orengo)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Alexander Wolfe pins Tye Dillinger after Devastation
Time: 2:01

Match Thoughts
Not much of a match. This was all storyline. Bobby Roode never even took his robe off as he left Dillinger in the ring alone to get beat up by the debuting Sanity. I wanted to see Roode versus Dillinger anyway, and it seemed obvious that’s why they teamed up in the first place, so this is a quick way to get to that point.

Ring Area
After the match, Nikki Cross unmasks and attacks Dillinger. The fourth member then attacks Dillinger as well. He unmasks, revealing the leader of Sanity to be Eric Young.

Backstage
Dasha Fuentes asks Billie Kay and Peyton Royce about Liv Morgan. Peyton and Billie enjoy beating up Liv.

Backstage
Charly Caruso asks Bobby Roode about his match. Roode says Dillinger is a loser, and Roode isn’t even a tag wrestler in the first place.

Match 2
Billie Kay w/ Peyton Royce vs Liv Morgan
(referee: Tom Castor)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Billie Kay wins via pinfall after a big boot
Time: 3:31

Match Thoughts
An okay match. The finish looked good.

Backstage
Last week, Dasha Fuentes asked Almas why he attacked Cedric Alexander. He responds, angrily, in Spanish.

Match 3
Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Round 1 Match
TM61 vs Riddick Moss & Tino Sabbatelli
(referee: Danilo Anfibio)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Shane Thorne pins Tino Sabbatelli after Thunder Valley
Time: 8:34 (1 break)

Match Thoughts
Good match. It was more competitive than I expected. Thorne was the one in trouble for most of the match, then Miller helped pick the pace back up once he got the tag.

Match 4
Buddy Murphy vs Wesley Blake
(referee: Eddie Orengo)

Show/Hide Results

Result: The match ends in a No Contest when Samoa Joe attacks
Time: 3:12

Match Thoughts
The match was going really well until Joe attacked.

Ring Area
Samoa Joe gets on the mic and tells Regal the “time is up.” Shinsuke Nakamura comes out and removes his neck brace. He pauses for a few seconds before running to the ring and attacking Joe. They are pulled apart by officials, but they keep fighting. Joe eventually walks away, but it was just a ruse so he could sneak attack Nakamura again. Even so, Nakamura hits Joe with Kinshasa in the ring.

Show Impressions
This was a good show. The stuff with Joe finally got a payoff, Eric Young debuted, there was a decent tag match, and there was potential for a good match later on between Blake and Murphy.

Match of the Night
TM61 vs Riddick Moss & Tino Sabbatelli
I think the Murphy/Blake match was well on its way to being the best of the night, but the attack by Joe caused it to be too short. This tag match was the most competitive of the night, and though it wasn’t spectacular, it was good.
