With two title matches and some minor developments in storylines, this was a fairly entertaining episode of RAW.

This year’s Clash of Champions was entertaining enough, but nothing seemed to get resolved in any of the storylines going into it.

Storylines seemed to take a backseat this week, but that allowed Cedric Alexander’s NXT debut to take center stage.
SmackDown Recap & Review – Episode 892
A decent episode of SmackDown that fared better in the first half of the show than the second half.
Main Event Recap & Review – Episode 208
The cruiserweights debut on Main Event with Rich Swann vs Lince Dorado in a rematch from the second round of the CWC. Also, the SmackDown tag champs Heath Slater and Rhyno take on the gorgeous teamwork of Breezango in one of the better episodes of Main Event in recent memory.
RAW Recap & Review – Episode 1217
The cruiserweights debut (though the champ is absent), Jericho starts making a list, Rollins goes full babyface, and the main event is a pointless cage match in a pretty average yet entertaining episode of RAW.
Superstars Recap & Review – Episode 388
Braun Strowman beat up Sin Cara and the team of Curtis Axel and Titus O’Neil tried to do the same to Neville and Darren Young in an okay episode of Superstars.
Cruiserweight Classic Recap & Review – Semifinals and Final Match
The tournament ends and a new WWE Cruiserweight champion is crowned in a fantastic conclusion to the 2016 Cruiserweight Classic.
NXT Recap & Review – Episode 354
This was an uneven episode of NXT with some segments that were important (and entertaining) and some that were not.
SmackDown Recap & Review – Episode 891
Heath Slater officially signs with SmackDown, The Miz puts himself in the main event, the new “champ that runs the camp” has a hard time finding a friend, Swagger switches brands, and more on a show that was heavy on talk and light on action.
Main Event Recap & Review – Episode 207
The matches were kind of short, but I the show was fun. A lot of it has to do with Breezango.
RAW Recap & Review – Episode 1216
Roman Reigns tries to work his way into the Universal Title match at Clash of Champions, Jinder Mahal debuts a new, peaceful attitude, a number one contender is decided for Charlotte’s title, and more on a pretty good episode of RAW.
Backlash Recap & Review
The best of Backlash wasn’t as good as the best of Summer Slam, but this was an enjoyable show and a good start to the brand exclusive PPVs.
