The SmackDown quarter finals are decided as Fabulous Truth faces Extreme Flair, and Day One Glow takes on Awe-Ska.
The new Daniel Bryan continues to establish himself, Styles faces The Miz, Rose and Deville attempt to make a point against Asuka and Charlotte, Samoa Joe instructs Jeff Hardy on responsible drinking, and New Day, The Usos, and The Bar try to gain some momentum on a good episode of SmackDown Live.
This episode of SmackDown Live was light on wrestling, but it still presented some interesting segments and some fun moments in the ring.
Two teams go home and the bottoms of both brackets face each other for a chance to move on into the playoffs.

The final SmackDown Live before Survivor Series certainly was interesting. It finalized some matches for Sunday while feeling like it changed everything.
The RAW side of Survivor Series is decided on a RAW that wasn’t great until the last few minutes of the show.
Another fun episode of Mixed Match Challenge featured a rap battle between Day One Glow and Fabulous Truth, and a pretty good fight between Country Dominance and B’n’B.
The men’s and women’s Survivor Series teams are decided on a very entertaining show that also featured New Day vs The Usos, Almas vs Mysterio, Samoa Joe vs Jeff Hardy, and Becky Lynch vs someone we hadn’t yet seen on the SmackDown roster.
Mahalicia looks for their first win against the undefeated Monster Eclipse, and Ravishing Rusev Day makes a poor decision in challenging Fenomenal Flair to a chop-off.
SmackDown puts its focus on Crown Jewel in an entertaining show that featured a rare WWE Title Match on regular TV.

While there was nothing really new on tonight’s SmackDown, it was an okay show.
Awe-Ska faces Ravishing Rusev Day in a fun match while Country Dominance attempts to take advantage of the newly formed Team Pawz.
SmackDown reaches 1,000 episodes with a fun night of appearances, returns, nostalgia, and a few good matches.
Fabulous Truth and Fenomenal Flair have a goofy match while B’n’B makes a real attempt to take down Monster Eclipse in a well-balanced episode of Mixed Match Challenge.
Mahalicia looked to bounce back from a loss by defeating B’n’B, and Ravishing Rusev Day versus Day One Glow was more of a dance competition than a wrestling match on week three of the Mixed Match Challenge Season 2.
Though there wasn’t a lot of wrestling or major moments, the last SmackDown live before Super Show-Down was an entertaining show.
