Even though half the matches on this show were nearly exactly the same, I enjoyed this show. The competitors for the 2017 Money in the Bank match are named (and fight) and Breezango works their way into a tag title rematch!
A Block reaches the halfway point of the tournament with another round of solid matches.
It was quantity mostly over quality on this episode of RAW packed with ten matches. There were some highlights of the night though, including Matt Hardy versus Sheamus and a tag main event with four of the five competitors in the upcoming number one contender match.
The third round of Block B matches contained a nice variety of entertaining matchups, including a great main event featuring two men looking to score their first victory in the tournament, KUSHIDA and BUSHI!
This year’s Backlash wasn’t great, but it did have some entertaining matches and a few mild surprises.
The Backlash 2017 Kickoff show was an average opener, featuring Aiden English versus Tye DIllinger.
This week’s episode of ROH TV is a series of clips from some of the matches that took place at Honor Rising in Japan this past February.
After a couple of so-so early matches, the remainder of this show became increasingly entertaining, culminating in an impromptu Artist of Stardom title match!
The tournament remains fairly even as Block A continues with another round of matches, highlighted by Ricochet taking on the current IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champ Hiromu Takahashi.
NXT bounces back from an average Takeover in April to put on a great show in Chicago!
Night three of the 2017 Best of the Super Jr. tournament wasn’t as exciting as the first two nights, but it still delivered a nice variety of entertaining matches.
Tyler Bate puts his title on the line against Mark Andrews in a great match that highlights an entertaining show featuring some of the WWE UK stars and a few of the Cruiserweights.
Night two of the 2017 Super Jr. tournament didn’t disappoint. Four more matches from the A Block were held, highlighted by a great match between Will Ospreay and Ricochet.
The final stop before Takeover: Chicago didn’t have much in the way of new developments, but it was an okay show regardless.
Karen Q makes her ROH/WOH debut as she looks to end the 532 day undefeated streak of Kelly Klein.
Night one of the 2017 Best of the Super Jr. tournament begins with a series of entertaining matches featuring some great matchups and more than a few upsets.
It feels like we’ve seen this show before, but I still enjoyed seeing TJP face Austin Aries in this pretty good episode of 205 Live.
The last SmackDown before Backlash didn’t provide anything new, but it had a pretty good opening match and a fun new episode of Breezango’s “Fashion Files.”
The loss of Braun Strowman to injury has shaken things up for the better. This episode of RAW proves that with some interesting matchups and a fair amount of time being spent on smaller story lines.
