Match 1
Darren Young w/ Bob Backlund vs Jinder Mahal
(referee: Shawn Bennett)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Darren Young wins via pinfall after a Gut Check
Time: 4:41

Match Thoughts
Pretty good match. Mahal dominated most of the match so Young could make a comeback towards the end. Not surprising, but not bad. I’d like to see Mahal get some wins though. And I’d like to see them do something with Young.

From RAW, Lana confronts Roman Reigns.

From RAW, New Day faces Jeri-KO.

Match 2
Neville vs Curtis Axel
(referee: Darrick Moore)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Neville wins via pinfall after a Red Arrow
Time: 6:59 (1 break)

Match Thoughts
Good match. Neville kept the pace quick in the first part of the match until he took a nasty-looking fall from the top to the floor from a boot by Axel. Axel slowed the pace down as he dominated Neville on the mat, but a few well-placed kicks allowed Neville to find enough space for a comeback. I also like how Neville has been selling the Red Arrow like it hurts him just as much as his opponent. It reminds me of how RVD used to always sell the Five Star Frog Splash.

The history of Sasha Banks and Charlotte.

From RAW, Charlotte puts her title on the line against Sasha Banks in the main event.

Show Impressions
An okay show. The matches were good enough to spend a few minutes watching.

Match of the Night
Neville vs Curtis Axel
This one felt a bit more competitive.
