Match 1
Candice LeRae vs Kay Lee Ray
(referee: Chris Sharpe)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Candice LeRae wins via pinfall after a springboard moonsault
Time: 8:25

Match Thoughts
Very good match. Candice LeRae seems to be a perennial underdog, but that allows to to make some exciting comebacks. Kay Lee Ray started string in this match, but as it went along Candice seemed to make up more and more ground. Candice began to string together some great strings of moves, and that led to a fun finish to a good match.

Match 2
Zelina Vega vs Piper Niven
(referee: Chris Sharpe)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Piper Niven wins via pinfall after a Michinoku Driver II
Time: 4:57

Match Thoughts
Good match. Vega was at a major disadvantage in this match, but she believably managed to ground Niven. Vega had a surprising amount of offense, and I really believed that this match could have gone either way. These two women managed to turn what could have easily been a squash into an interesting matchup.

Match 3
Io Shirai vs Sonya Deville
(referee: Darryl Sharma)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Sonya Deville wins via pinfall after a double leg takedown
Time: 8:22

Match Thoughts
Good match. Deville grounded Shirai for most of this match. It became a battle of perseverance for Shirai. Shirai mounted a comeback towards the end of the match that led to what felt like a bit of a sudden finish. I liked the match, though I think they could have an even better one if they ever get the chance to have a rematch.

Match 4
NXT UK Women’s Title Triple Threat Match
Bianca Belair vs Nikki Cross vs Toni Storm (NXT UK Women’s Champ)
(referee: Darryl Sharma)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Toni Storm pins Nikki Cross after Storm Zero
Time: 7:28

Match Thoughts
Good match. There was a fair amount of one on one throughout the match, but it was fun to watch regardless. It never really felt like Storm was in too much jeopardy of losing her title though. It felt like a nice exhibition for the champ.

Show Impressions
This was a fun show. I feel like I had more fun with the first half than the second half though.

Match of the Night
Candice LeRae vs Kay Lee Ray
I got the most invested in this match.
