Intro Video
“All Out Life” by Slipknot

Ring Area
Mauro Ranallo and Nigel McGuinness wish Percy Watson the best as he starts a new chapter in his life, and they welcome Beth Phoenix to the commentary table.

Ring Area
The War/Viking Raiders head to the ring. They talk about raiding RAW and brutalizing the tag division there. They are not done on RAW, but since they still have the NXT Tag Titles, they ask for William Regal to come out to the ring. He does.

Erik/Rowe tells Regal that they have decided to relinquish the tag titles since they know no one can beat them. As the Raiders hand the titles over, the Street Profits come out to the stage. As the Profits head to the ring, Montez Ford wonders if he heard the Raiders correctly. No one can beat them? The Street Profits brought the fight to the Raiders recently, and that made the NXT Universe realize that the Street Profits can beat the Raiders. Angelo Dawkins makes fun of the Raiders’ new names.

Erik/Rowe tells William Regal to make the match. Regal makes the title match official, and he makes that match for tonight.

Video
From WWE.com, last week the Undisputed Era continued to argue as they left the building.

Outside the Venue
Cathy Kelley asks Adam Cole about his shouting match with Roderick Strong last week. Is Strong still a part of Undisputed Era? Cole doesn’t know where Strong is, and he doesn’t care.

Strong walks up. He says he’s thought a lot about what was said and done last week. Strong says Undisputed Era is better when they are all on the same page. Strong also says that he took care of Cole’s problem with Matt Riddle. Strong hands Cole a bloody flip-flop. Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish get big smiles on their faces, and Cole gives Strong an Undisputed Era arm band. They all walk away together.

Match 1
Cezar Bononi vs Keith Lee
(referee: DA Brewer)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Keith Lee wins via pinfall after the Spirit Bomb (sit out Last Ride)
Time: 2:29

Match Thoughts
Squash. It was a good restart for Lee though.

Backstage
Cathy Kelley has just gotten word that Shayna Baszler will defend her title against Io Shirai at Takeover. The Forgotten Sons walks by, so Cathy asks them what they’re doing. They’re going to complain to Regal about giving the Street Profits a title match.

Match 2
Kona Reeves vs KUSHIDA
(referee: Jessika Carr)

Show/Hide Results

Result: KUSHIDA wins via submission with the Hoverboard Lock
Time: 5:04

Match Thoughts
Good match. KUSHIDA dominated, but Reeves managed to get some decent offense in when Drew Gulak came out to the stage and served a bit of a distraction. Gulak simply watched the match from the stage as KUSHIDA fought back and rolled to a very convincing finish.

Backstage
Bianca Belair practically drags Cathy Kelley to William Regal’s office. As they arrive at Regal’s door, they find Mia Yim exiting the GM’s office. Yim tells Belair that they aren’t done with each other, and that’s why she was in Regal’s office. Yim walks away, and Belair enters Regal’s office. Cathy Kelley is left outside.

Backstage
Johnny Gargano talks to Matt Riddle as he is being attended to by the medical staff. Gargano tells a “reporter” that Riddle is going to be fine, but he is very angry. He also says that he knows the Undisputed Era will come after him next. Gargano isn’t going to wait to be attacked though.

Match 3
Vanessa Borne w/ Aliyah vs Jessie
(referee: Drake Wuertz)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Vanessa Borne wins after a swinging neckbreaker
Time: 2:50

Match Thoughts
This was okay. It was kind of messy, but it did what it was supposed to. I’m glad that it seems Jessie is moving away from her klutz gimmick.

Match 4
NXT Tag Team Title Match
The Street Profits vs The Viking/War Raiders (NXT Tag Champs)
(referee: Darryl Sharma)

Show/Hide Results

Result: the match ends in a No Contest when the Forgotten Sons attack
Time: 2:12

Match Thoughts
This match had barely gotten started before the Forgotten Sons came down to the ring and ended it by attacking the Raiders. If this is the final match in NXT for the Raiders, it’s a pretty disappointing one.

Ring Area
The Raiders and the Forgotten Sons brawl at ringside. The Street Profits join the fight, then Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch run out and join as well. Eventually, in the ring, the Street Profits hit a double team move on the Raiders and do a three count for themselves. The Profits celebrate and leave the ring area.

In the ring, the Raiders beat up everyone remaining out in the ring area. With everyone else gone, the Raiders lay their title belts down in the ring and bow to the crowd.

Show Impressions
This definitely felt like the first show of a taping. The matches weren’t all great, and nothing was really accomplished. This was more of a setup show than anything else. I am looking forward to the potential of a Gulak versus KUSHIDA match though.

Match of the Night
Kona Reeves vs KUSHIDA
This one almost wins by default, but I did enjoy it for what it was.
