Last week, Pete Dunne failed to regain the WWE UK Title after Aichner and Barthel joined forces with Walter.

Intro Video
“Dusted” by Astroid Boys

Ring Area
Walter heads to the ring, and he is flanked by Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel. Barthel says they are here to restore honor and professionalism to their sport. Aichner says British Strong Style has expired. They could not lead NXT UK in the right direction, so that responsibility lies in their hands. Walter says the mat is sacred. From this day forth, he, Aichner, and Barthel shall be known as Imperium.

Pete Dunne interrupts Walter. Trent Seven and Tyler Bate join Dunne, and British Strong Style heads to the ring. A brawl quickly erupts. As all six men fight, a cameraman is knocked over which leads to the feed for the show being cut off.

** I like the idea of the brawl being so out of control that it knocks out the feed for the show, but we all know this is a taped event. The effects for the camera going out were very fake looking too. It was a nice effort though. I appreciate the effort. **

Radzi asks Sid Scala about the brawl that just happened. Scala says Imperium will face British Strong Style in a six man tag match in two weeks.

Match 1
Mark Coffey & Wolfgang w/ Joe Coffey vs Carlos Romo & A-Kid
(referee: ?)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Wolfgang pins A-Kid after a tandem enzuigiri (Coffey) and powerslam (Wolfgang)
Time: 3:27

Match Thoughts
This was pretty much a squash, and it was fine. I think it helped Wolfgang after his quick loss to Dave Mastiff recently.

Radzi asks Xia Brookside how she’s doing after being attacked by Jazzy Gabert. Brookside says Jinny isn’t big enough to take on Brookside by herself, so that’s why Jinny brought Jazzy Gabert with her.

Isla Dawn interrupts. Dawn says she and Brookside had maic when they fought each other, so just imagine what they could do if they teamed up. Dawn and Brookside walk away together.

Joseph Conners isn’t impressed by Ilja Dragunov.

A look at the four men who will compete in a fatal four way to decide the next number one contender for the WWE UK Title.

Toni Storm prepares to put her title on the line.

Match 2
Kassius Ohno vs Gentleman Jack Gallagher
(referee: ?)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Kassius Ohno wins via pinfall after a rolling elbow (even though Gallagher’s foot was under the ropes)
Time: 12:36

Match Thoughts
Great match. This was as an incredibly technical and hard-hitting match. The first few minutes were spent with both men exchanging holds. The escapes and reversals were great fun to watch. After a while, Ohno seemed to realize that he wasn’t getting very far trying to beat Gallagher in a technical match. Ohno punched Gallagher in the face and bloodied his nose. That rocked Gallagher and changed the complextion of the match. Ohno started to hit more strikes and started looking for the rolling elbow. That caused Gallagher to start working on Ohno’s arm. Though the match ended with some controversy, it was still a great wrestling match.

Piper Niven says she didn’t come to NXT UK to talk, she came here to fight. So if Rhea Ripley wants a fight, Niven will give her one.

Nina Samuels prepares for her title match.

Match 3
NXT UK Women’s Title Match
Nina Samuels vs Toni Storm (NXT UK Women’s Champ)
(referee: Darryl Sharma)

Show/Hide Results

Result: Toni Storm wins via pinfall after Storm Zero
Time: 9:46

Match Thoughts
Good match. Nina Samuels did well, but it never felt like Storm was in any danger of losing her title tonight. NXT UK probably needs more challengers for Toni’s title, so this was a good defense to have while some of the other women are built up to a point where they can realistically challenge Storm.

Show Impressions
This was a good show. The title match was nice, and the match between Ohno and Gallagher was great.

Match of the Night
Kassius Ohno vs Jack Gallagher
I’d watch these two wrestle over and over again.
