NXT WarGames II continues the tradition of great Takeovers with a crazy WarGames match, a great NXT Title match between Dream and Ciampa, an emotional fight between Gargano and Black, and a tense battle for the Women’s Title between Baszler and Sane (plus a surprise or two).
The final stop before NXT Takeover: War Games featured a good match between Bianca Belair and Mia Yim, and a very good match between Kyle O’Reilly and Hanson to decide whose team will get the advantage in War Games!
Heavy Machinery fights the Forgotten Sons, Taynara Conti takes on Dakota Kai, and Velveteen Dream battles Lars Sullivan in a good episode of NXT.
The Street Profits once again attempt to get revenge on The Mighty, Mercedes Martinez battles Nikki Cross, Burch and Lorcan have their hands full with Mendoza and Carillo, and Matt Riddle debuts against Menzies in a great episode of NXT.
Aleister Black’s attacker is revealed on a show that also featured Mia Yim’s NXT debut against Aliyah, Kassius Ohno hitting some guy really hard, and the Undisputed Era having some trouble with EC3.
